About the club...

Formed in 1999 Hythe & Dibden Youth Football Club currently runs 32 teams from the under 7 to under 18 age groups and offers training to children from reception year age at our popular
soccer school & futsal sessions. We also offer specialist goalkeeper training for all these age groups.
In 2014 we were awarded F.A Charter Standard Status.
The FA Charter Standard programme is a kitemark, which recognises and rewards high quality levels of provision in club and league football. The kitemark is awarded to clubs and leagues
that are well run, sustainable, and which place child protection, quality coaching and safety paramount.

Hythe & Dibden YFC is not just about progressing as a footballer, it plays a bigger role in
building self esteem, promoting self discipline, team work, promoting commitment,
providing positive physical activity and bringing a community together for children and adults...

We are not a results based club and strive to provide football for all children at all levels

We would like to give a great big thank you to all our trainers & managers, sponsors & parents
and especially the players who make up such a great football club.

a message from the chairman ...

A new season approches

I am tremendously proud to now be chairman of this fantastic football club.. With the help of a devoted and hard working team of committee members our job is to continue to provide our community with a place where their children the learn to play and enjoy playing football in a safe and happy environment. Our club continues to go from strength to strength. From establishing our home at Applemore on the fantastic 4G facility to fielding our first all girls teams in local leagues, our teams proudly represent us in a variety of leagues across the county. As we start the new season let's continue to encourage our children to enjoy playing the game they love and with the help of our outstanding team of coaches help them to be the best they can be - both footballers & young people who are the future of our community. I am looking forward to attending as many matches as possible accross all our age groups and also to be meeting as many players, parents and supporters as I can. Without you all it wouldnt happen.

Here's to an incredible 2018-19 season - thank you for your continued support.
