About the club...

Formed in 1999 Hythe & Dibden Youth Football Club currently runs 32 teams from the under 7 to under 18 age groups and offers training to children from reception year age at our popular soccer school & futsal sessions. We also offer specialist goalkeeper training for all these age groups.
In 2014 we were awarded F.A Charter Standard Status.
The FA Charter Standard programme is a kitemark, which recognises and rewards high quality levels of provision in club and league football. The kitemark is awarded to clubs and leagues that are well run, sustainable, and which place child protection, quality coaching and safety paramount.

Hythe & Dibden YFC is not just about progressing as a footballer, it plays a bigger
role in building self esteem, promoting self discipline, team work,
promoting commitment, providing positive physical activity and bringing
a community together for children and adults alike...

We are not a results based club and strive to provide football for all children at all levels

Our 2019 Tournament is now done. Another year blessed with great weather and feedback
is that maybe this was our best ever event - it certainly felt like it from our end !
Special mention must go to New Forest Care for their input and also to our Chairman Wayne Harris
for his organisation & enthusiasm to make it so well run. Thanks to all the helpers who worked so
hard and of course all the players and supporters who took part .........
....already looking forward to 2020.

A mention for H&D old hand Ian Brombley who achieved the treble all on one day with his U15
Tigers victorious in the Tommy Traynor Trophy in the morning and then the Starlights who split into 2 teams for our tournament both winning ..... A fantastic day for a great bloke and his equally great teams and reward for some tough times in the past.....

(Please arrive early for the first sessions to register)

This is pay as you go £2 per session and is a perfect fun start to football.
Just turn up and fill in a registration form....

All our coaches hold a minimum of a level 1 FA Coaching certificate that
incudes DBS checks, first aid and safeguarding for children
