SIGNING ON 2026/27 SEASON

PRE-SEASON DEADLINE

To guarantee league registration of teams pre-season this needs to be complete by 30th July 2026 but please do so as soon as possible.

Once this form is submitted you will receive an e mail with an information pack that includes general information and guides from the club and details the FA Respect Code of conduct.

MEMBERSHIP FEE STRUCTURE 2026-27

PLEASE NOTE: There has been a small increase in fees this season, for the first time in six years.

The annual membership fee for the season is £280. This can either be paid in full in advance, or split into separate payments, as outlined below:

• An initial payment of £80
  – Required before 31st July 2026.
  – Initial payment not required for training only players.
  – Half-season initial fee (joining after 31st Dec) is £40
• Ten monthly payments of £20
  – The first payment is due on the 1st September 2026 and then the first of each month by standing order please (the last payment being 1st June 2027).

NEW PLAYER PHOTOS & I.D.

All new players will need to submit a new digital photo for FA registration. This needs to be a head & shoulders, passport style photo. Preferably in home kit if you have it, but no hats or sunglasses etc please!

New players will also need to submit ID – a birth certificate or passport (photograph or scan these).

Photos and ID  will need to be submitted through your team manager/committee members via e-mail/digital media. Without photos and ID (where required) players cannot be registered with the FA and will therefore be unable to take part in any matches until successfully registered.
