A LETTER FROM THE
CHAIRMAN
Thanks so much for taking the time to consider supporting our fantastic community club.
It’s an exciting and challenging time for everyone involved!
Eight years ago we were fortunate enough to move our new home at Applemore College, playing and training on a state of the art all-weather 3G pitch. In 2020 we were able to relocate three shipping containers onto a plot of land outside the pitch, to use as a physical base for the club.
The original planning permission was a five year temporary agreement, to demonstrate a use case. In that time the club has grown at a rapid rate and we have more than satisfied Hampshire FA, NFDC, and Applemore College that a permanent facility is needed. Having signed a 10 year user agreement with the school in 2025 for the pitch and lease for the land, we’ve now secured permanent planning permission for an overhaul of the site.
We’re looking for like-minded local businesses to partner with who can help us with the financing of this development, to move the club forwards.
This document outlines some details about our club and the upcoming challenges we face, as well as the opportunities that lie ahead. I’d love the chance to discuss this personally, and if there’s anything you need clarification on or would like to discuss, I’d be more than happy to assist.

FOOTFALL
Our facility at Applemore is in a prime location to capture attention from the daily footfall. In use 7 days a week, every user needs to walk around the pavilion site to access the pitch.
From Monday to Friday 5-9pm around 650 children attend training with their parents. At the weekend the pitch is in use all day Saturday and Sunday, with teams travelling from Dorset, Wiltshire, West Sussex and all over Hampshire.
Weekly footfall on the site is approximately 2500-3000 visits per week.

We’ve been incredibly fortunate to win Club of the Year twice at the Hampshire FA Grassroots Football Awards, in 2019 and 2023. An unprecedented achievement! We were fortunate enough to be asked by the FA to host the England DNA Roadshow in 2019, where architect of the England DNA Pete Sturgess explained the strategy for youth football development to coaches from the region. And we were selected by Hampshire FA for the filming of a video case study about the growth of girls football at the club.

We have raised significant funds already and completed a lot of the exterior work, using reputable local contractors at preferential rates due to our status as a not-for-profit organisation.
We are looking to raise a further £20,000 from 20 local businesses and organisations that are looking to support a worthy local community cause, as a key pavilion club partner.
OUR KEY PAVILION CLUB PARTNERS WILL GET:
- Your logo featured on a permenant support plaque, on the area of the pavilion most exposed to heavy foot-fall. PRESENT FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT TEN YEARS.
- Promotion and affiliation with the club from 2025-2035 via our social media and website.
- Opportunities for CSR content and community engagement through the club for your businesses marketing activities.
