HYTHE & DIBDEN SUPERNOVAS

Supernovas have been enjoying their football at Hythe & Dibden YFC since under 7s, and while the team has evolved a lot over the years, their focus has remained the same: fun, friendships and development. Teams playing against Supernovas can expect good sportsmanship, fairness and a handshake from every player at the end of the match.

After two seasons in the Tyro, EDMSL and New Forest League with some fantastic Futsal experiences to aid their development, Supernovas are now testing themselves in the Testway Saturday league.

As an age group we’re proud to have a tight knit squad in the age group, which creates a great training environment and allows us to give players the right development opportunities and challenges. We’re really pleased to see many of our players develop quickly over the years, and our squad mentality and flexibility allows us to make sure they’re in a team that’s best suited to their development.

Beach clean summer 2025

In line with our club value ‘take ownership’, Supernovas conducted a sponsored beach clean at Lepe alongside Surfers Against Sewage, to raise money for the new pavilion. We love seeing the kids taking ownership of the fundraising for their pavilion, and their environment.
